All room rates:
(1-7 and A4) are based on occupancy of 1-2 people.
$125.00 plus 4% tourism levy plus 5% GST = $136.25
Weekend Rates:
(Fri & Sat) are 149.00 plus taxes.
An extra person is $20.00 plus the taxes, & a cot is an extra $20.00 plus taxes
If a suite is required:
We combine rooms 7 and 8 where one bathroom exists between the two rooms.
For this we charge
1-2 persons: 175.00 plus taxes = $190.75
3 persons: 195.00.00 plus taxes = $212.55
4 persons: 215.00 plus taxes = $234.35
Persons aged 10 and under are free. Our entire property is SMOKE FREE.
If this gets violated, we charge $500.00 per infraction.
Our cancellation policy is that we must be notified within 24 hours prior to check-in time of 4 pm. Failure to give adequate notice will result in charges for one night.
